Premier offers headstock/tailstock positioners, single-axis and multi-axis servo positioners, and custom configurations engineered to handle a wide range of payload capacities and part sizes. Positioners can be integrated directly into robotic welding cells or supplied as standalone units.  

Fixtures are designed to support repeatable part placement, accurate weld positioning, and efficient loading and unloading.  ​

Tooling solutions are tailored to part geometry, material thickness, and production volume requirements, supporting both high-mix and high-volume manufacturing environments.  

Robotic welding systems are built using FANUC ArcMate, Yaskawa Motoman, and ABB robots, along with Lincoln Electric, Miller, and OTC Daihen welding power supplies, selected based on application requirements.
